We work with Salesforce, and you’ll have the overall IT operational and project responsibility for the global solution for sales and customer service.

Main responsibilities

Salesforce Solutions Operations

  • Manage support backlog and project tasks in agile way with external and internal providers including yourself
  • Configure, support and handle basic Salesforce development tasks

Salesforce Solutions Design

  • Work closely with business to align Salesforce strategy with business goals and strategy
  • Act as a bridge between technical and business audiences during solution development
  • Analyze current architecture to identify weaknesses and opportunities for improvement
  • Co-operate with internal and external applications and operations teams to produce optimal design
  • Act a subject matter expert on technology and trends in the Salesforce area for sales and customer service

Project Management

  • Prepare, manage and report project schedule to ensure deadlines and milestones are met
  • Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure project needs are addressed and effectively assign tasks and deliverables to team members based on their abilities

Background & Competence

  • Education in ICT, computer science or similar
  • Relevant experience can compensate for the educational requirement
  • Great knowledge of CRM technology, preferably Salesforce
  • Strong understanding on Cloud integration technologies
  • Understanding business strategies and requirements with strong ability to translate those strategies to a technical architecture and roadmap
  • Project management experience
  • ERP knowledge is a plus

  • You’ll be working with both colleagues and external partners, meaning great communication skills is important, including fluency in English
  • At the same time, you’ll have to be independent, seeing that some tasks and projects will be done on your own
  • You’ll have to combine strategic thinking with a creative mind-set and a hands-on approach
  • A curiosity for both business and technology comes in handy
