Ulmatec Thermal Solutions is experiencing an increasing demand for our solutions and is set to grow our business internationally over the next few years. To manage the overall delivery process and further develop our capabilities within project management, an opportunity has emerged for a commercially and technically oriented Project Manager.
Working in Ulmatec Thermal Solutions:
The Project Manager will own the customer delivery projects and ensure external and internal needs and requirements are managed – on time, on cost and to agreed quality. In the role you will interact and cooperate with relevant functions in the company and take a leading role in defining and realizing the setup, processes, methods and tools needed for Ulmatec Thermal Solutions to grow and succeed in the market. You will take on an exciting and important role working for a company positioned to play a role in the decarbonization of the maritime industry. Your main responsibilities:
· Own and develop the process for delivery of products and systems
· Act as Project Manager and customer’s primary contact point after handover from sales
· Monitor and proactively resolve commercial and technical risks across the project portfolio
· Support Sales in negotiating contracts and agreeing terms and conditions
· Proactively coordinate and lead internal functions against project milestones
· Develop and implement our processes and work practices related to project management
· Lead, train and motivate the organization to improve the overall delivery process and customer experience

For you to succeed in this role you can lead and influence without having direct reports. You have experience within project management of customer delivery projects and experience from the marine industry and system integration projects is an advantage. It will be important to have a good financial and commercial understanding. Experience with budgeting, Trade Finance and customer negotiations in an international context is advantageous. Furthermore, a relevant bachelor or master’s degree within engineering or business management will also be beneficial.
