In order for us to achieve our vision, our mission and our goal, we are looking for a Supplier Quality Assurance Manager. Working together with you we can assess and drive systematic supplier quality assurance and secure continuous improvements.

As part of the Stokke family you will join a talented Sourcing team located in the heart of the city of Ålesund. You will play a key role in the quality assessment of our production reporting to Sourcing & Production Director. Your main responsibilities:

  • Responsible for defining the Stokke Quality requirements for production and production start-ups
  • Set supplier quality development strategy/roadmaps, designing the metrics for the function and supplier performance
  • Support new product launches to ensure suppliers can deliver to the required quality standards
  • Participate/support project with approval of production and parts

Who are you?
We believe you are a proactive, analytical, and efficient problem-solver who contributes to creating a good team atmosphere. You have a holistic approach as well as challenge existing solutions and always strive for improvements. In order for you to succeed in this role you have leadership qualities with multicultural experience from production of larger quantities. Furthermore, a bachelor or master’s degree will also be beneficial.
